Marty Rhein
Senior Designer
Marty is both a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) and a Certified Bath Designer (CBD) through the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA). His preferred mode of communication with clients is through sketching realistic drawings.
Erica Murdock
Lead Designer
Erica Murdock is a seasoned design professional with over 15 years of experience, specializing in kitchen and bath cabinetry and tile design. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University in 2009.
Recognized as a rising star in 2015 with the NKBA’s 30 Under 30 award, Erica now serves as the lead designer and tile specialist at BAC Design Group. Her expertise encompasses projects of all sizes, from cabinetry-focused remodels to comprehensive new builds.
Tana Povolo
Designer
Tana joined the team in the winter of 2020. As professionally trained Interior Designer, she specializes in assisting clients with the selection of decorative lighting, furniture, window treatments, wallpaper, cabinetry hardware, and decor- all the final personalized touches that help transform a house into your home!
Chris Klee
Project Manager
Chris holds a Bachelors degree in Construction Management from Ferris State University and joined BAC as a trim carpenter in 2017 due to his love of carpentry and moved to BAC Design Group January 2023. Chris specializes in kitchens and bathrooms, along with built-ins and other finish carpentry elements. As an avid tool nerd Chris is always up to date with the latest tools and techniques.
Dean Adams
Founder
Dean has been in the building industry since 1998. He founded Bay Area Contracting in 2007 and expanded with BAC Design Group in 2012 to seamlessly integrate design and construction for superior results.
Tricia Adams
Co-Founder, Marketing Director
Since the beginnings of BACDG, Tricia has worked with designers to develop her signature projects: Lakemore Retreat and Resort. Serving in her roles as both Marketing Director of BACDG and General Manager of the 9 home Lakemore portfolio, she can help potential BAC clients to experience how intentional design and skillful staging can turn a house into a home.
Onsite Design Center & Workshop Area
We invite you to explore our beautiful showroom, open to the public Monday through Thursday from 10am to 3pm, with Friday through Sunday available by appointment. Additionally, we have an onsite state-of-the-art workshop that creates custom trim, cabinets, furniture, and more, ensuring every detail is crafted to perfection.
